Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Since we are a custom manufacturing company, orders may take 10-14 business days for Legacy Collection products (ready-made) and 4-6 weeks for custom, made-to-order products to complete before fulfillment. We will update you on your order status if the initial order status has expired. 

Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping for domestic orders, which usually take 5-8 business days. Depending on the product created, expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. International shipping is available, with delivery times vary based on the destination.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is offered for all domestic orders. Orders outside the USA are subject to import charges, taxes, and freight charges, which are the purchaser’s responsibility.
