Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Since we are a custom manufacturing company, orders may take 10-14 business days for Legacy Collection products (ready-made) and 4-6 weeks for custom, made-to-order products to complete before fulfillment.
- We will update you on your order status if the initial order status has expired.
Shipping Methods
- We offer free shipping for domestic orders, which usually take 5-8 business days.
- Depending on the product created, expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
- International shipping is available, with delivery times vary based on the destination.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping is offered for all domestic orders.

Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- You can track the progress of your order using Shopify's Shop Application or the provided tracking number on the selected courier’s platform.
Address Accuracy

- We are not responsible for orders lost or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Order Modifications
- Any order changes, including shipping address amendments, must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Due to the fast processing of orders, we cannot guarantee modifications can be made after this window.
