How long will it actually take?

It takes about 1-3 days to make as a custom piece, then 5-7 business days to arrive. If it's for a specific occasion, order well ahead of it.

What exactly gets personalized?

Three things are yours: the font, the color fill, and the name.

How long can the name be?

Most pet names fit comfortably. For longer names… we size the lettering to keep it easy to read. [Confirm your real character limit here — e.g. "up to 12 characters at full size"; if there isn't a hard cap, "there's no strict limit, we just scale longer names to fit."]

Which color should I choose?

Seven combinations, and there's no wrong answer. Go for contrast if you want the name readable across the room (white on black is the most legible), or match it to the crate, the room, or the dog. Most people pick whatever feels most like them.

Will it fit my crate?

It's made to hang on standard wire crates and kennels… S-hooks are included, no tools needed. The plate is 8" × 3.5".

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Because each plate is custom-made with your dog's name, it can't be returned or exchanged… it's one of a kind, made only for you. But if it arrives wrong or damaged, email support@nobleheritageind.com and we'll make it right, no hassle.

Can I change the name after ordering?

Yes… within 24 hours of placing your order. Since we start making it quickly, call or email as soon as you can and we'll update the name, spelling, font, or color before production. After that window we can't guarantee changes.
